Return Policy:
ORDER CANCELLATION
  • cancellation orders will be accepted within 24 hours after placing the order
  • Order can not be cancel after 24hrs
  • Any orders cancel within 24hrs(restocking fee will be wave)
  • Any orders cancel after 24hrs (restocking fee will be charge 10%)*Cancellations order must be called in to (626)369-1962
  • After order has been shipped you can not cancel the order
  • cancelations for orders already paid allow 72 hours for credit to be process
  • Notification will be send to you for any credit dues


RETURN POLICY FOR: DAMAGE /BROKEN PRODUCT

  • Must call us within 3 days
  • we are closed Saturday and Sunday (leave us a voice mail)
  • Buyer has 7 days to return the item back to Tico Decorations
  • must notified the type of damage before sending product back
  • Defective merchandise must be return to seller for inspection
  • Must obtain RMA Number via email from us: globaldecorations@msn.com
  • ANY RETURNS RECEIVED THAT ARE BROKEN WHEN BUYER SHIPPED IT BACK TO US FOR CREDIT BACK, TICO DECORATIONS WILL NOT ISSUED FULL CREDIT BACK ONLY PARTIAL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED DEPENDING ON THE DAMAGE , ( buyer will have to file claim with the company used to send product back) we will not be responsable for any cliams. Our office WILL CONTACT BUYER to notify of problem
  • Is the customer responsability to protected and packaged well the item when sending it back to us to avoid any damage
  • Any items returned without the original box will be subject to 10% FEE
  • IF THE ITEM ARRIVE BROKEN IN OUR OFFICE WE will forward pictures to buyer
  • We will e-mail you an RMA e-mail with instructions for a proper return.
  • Your informaion will explanation must be included for accurate credit
  • fee will be charge for items returned without original package
  • damage items: buyer must provide clear picture of damage items.
  • Seller will pay for shipping cost to send product back for broken merchandise
  • Customer must talked to seller about shipping cost and get approval before shipping anything back.ANY EXPENSIVE SHIPPING COST ,TICO WILL ONLY HONOR THE COST WE USUALLY PAID NOT A HIGHT COST.



RETURNS POLICY FOR: UNSATISFIED ORDERS
  • Buyer is responsable for all shipping cost on returned merchandise
  • Unsatisfied buyers will have to pay for shipping to send product back
  • Tico Decorations will not pay shipping cost to send items back if customers is not happy with the product for any reason (only for broken items)
  • unsatisfied customers will have to pay 15% restocking fee for sending the merchandise back
  • customer MUST send product back well packaged to avoid damage.
  • ANY RETURNS RECEIVED IN OUR WAREHOUSE THAT ARE BROKEN,BUYER WILL BE NOTIFY AND REFUND WILL BE DETERMINATE DEPENDING ON THE LEVEL OF DAMAGE MERCHANDISE. ITEMS MUST BE PROTECTED WHEN RETURNING BACK TO AVOID DAMAGE.

BROKEN ITEMS
  • Notify immediately seller
  • Must keep the box to file a claim with UPS/Fedex/Other company
  • Box is very important for Trucking company to inspect the damage
  • SELLER WILL ONLY REPLACE THE BROKEN ITEM
  • NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE

  • Picture must clear to view damage of item
  • Picture must be in 500pixels for better viev
  • Reference order number or Item number when sending picture for reviwe
  • After picture is inspected Seller will replace item if the picture has good *visibility to Identify the damage
  • We will notify you by Email of the replacement
  • if damage has been verified and approved Seller will pay for replacement and shipping cost.
  • Replacement can take 2 to 3 days to approved and process and 5-7 buss days to send replacement


INTERNATIONAL SALES "NO" RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED
  • NO RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
  • Returns will not be accepted for customers that are not happy with the product.
  • If you are not satisfied with the color, style, material SELLER WILL NOT *replace we ask you to call us or email us to get full detail on the item.
